We’re pleased to share that Phase 2 of the community is complete with 25 homes sold or under construction of the 37 lots available. A total of 26 lots are included in Phase 3, which are all under contract to Dan Ryan Builders, Sabal Homes and Crescent Homes. Paving should be complete this month.
We also received permission from the City of Greer to begin design of Phase 4. This will include a total of 179 lots and will be developed in multiple phases. Phase 4 will offer a variety of lot sizes and a mix of different style homes and townhomes. We hope the design of Phase 4 will be complete at the end of this summer and we will be able to break ground in early fall.
Dan Ryan Builders has initiated the construction of the next seven townhomes on the Village Square and a parking lot has been added to accommodate the new townhomes as well as additional parking for the pool and Village Square.
Once Phase 4 is complete, we will still only be 60 percent of the way done with our full vision for O’Neal Village. There are still plenty of exciting things on the horizon for our growing community — including the expansion of the commercial portion of the Village Square!
This 8,000 sq ft commercial building will provide six retail spaces varying in size from 900 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft. Little Me Academy will be expanding and occupying one space adjacent to their existing facility in order to offer more programs and serve more children in the community.
The building should be available in the fall of 2017.
