It’s another wonderful summer in Upstate South Carolina! There are so many events from Greenville to Greer to Spartanburg, we had a hard time narrowing down the best ones to share! Here are some of our top picks for summer events in Upstate South Carolina:
Blueberry Festival – July 13th – 9:00 a.m. – Roper Mountain Science Center -$8
Visit the Living History Farm at Roper Mountain Science Center for its beloved Blueberry Festival! Enjoy lots of blueberry-themed activities while learning about animals and ecology.
Christmas in July – July 25th – 6:00 p.m. – Greer City Park – Free
No need to wait until December when you can have a movie night in the park to watch The Grinch! Before the movie starts, enjoy games, dancing, raffles and more.
Clemson Triathalon – July 27th – 7:00 a.m. – Campus Beach and Recreation Center at Clemson University – $60+
In its 22nd season, the Clemson Triathalon has decided to change things up by adding a Sprinternational Distance, two loops of its famous bike course and more flat running along the East Beach Dike. If you’re not up for that, grab your family and friends, a delicious picnic and cheer the participants on!
Food Truck Rollout – August 16th – 5:00 p.m. – Greer City Park – Free
